It's a boy!

We're having another boy. Expected due date Sept. 30th. Baby boy is measuring big, maybe this guy will actually fit into his newborn clothes.

Baby it's cold outside!

Max loves being outside, even if its too cold for mom or dad, he still wants to be outside. I don't blame him for loving the outdoors, it's crisp and cool and there are all sorts of things to see, find or do. He loves looking for bunnies in the back yard and seeing all the air planes that go overhead. Now that it's finally getting warmer outside, it's hard to get him to understand that he doesn't need his boots, hat and mittens, but he insists on wearing all of them.

I'm a BIG boy now!

Mommy and daddy got me a big boy bed! I LOVE it. The first night I slept in it was great. When mommy came in to wake me up, I was alseep on the floor at the foot of the bed. I don't remember if I fell out or maybe I got out and didn't realize I could get back in. Thank you mom & dad for the new bed!

Im going to be a big brother!

We are preparing Max for baby floden's arrival this fall. He doesn't really understand the concept, but he has a doll that Daryl had as a youngster and he likes holding it and feeding it. We find out the sex of the baby (if it cooperates) on Monday May 12th.

So the new thing is blogging, so I'll give it a shot. This will be a great way for our family and friends to see what's going on with the Flodens. We'll do our best to keep it updated, but check back often as things are always changing.
