Knock Knock. Anyone Home?

The house has been so quiet this week. Max has been visiting his Papa and Grandma in Osakis this week. We thought we would be able to rest while he was away.. how untrue that is. Jeanna and I have actually been very busy working on projects that we are not able to do as easily if we are watching Max. I've completed multiple small projects around the house. Jeanna has been cleaning, doing laundry and preparing for the next child. She's also learning how to use her sewing machine and making diaper covers. I know it's not an easy thing to learn to do but I appreciate her desire to try new things outside of her comfort zone.

We called Max the other night and he told us he was feeding the deer. We found that Papa brought him to a deer farm and he was able to feed the deer. Papa also said that Max loves chocolate Chip ice cream. He's being spoiled...but this is good sometimes.

I'm also getting excited about the new baby that is on the way. I can't believe that it's only 6 weeks away. I know are lives will turn upside down again and get a little more hectic, but what is life if it's not hectic.

Before I go, I ask you pray for those in Florida affected by the recent tropical storm. My parents were lucky not to have been affected by the storm but they told me about a town that had 15 homes destroyed by a tornado that accompanied the storm.

Until next time...

Max's Dad
