Day one: No pee actually made it into the potty. Lots of dirty clothes and puddles were cleaned up. As far as actually sitting down on the potty, Max did great, he would tell us "I have to go potty" and sit there, but nothing! Than a few minutes later, "mommy, I went potty" (in his pants). We tell him he has to put his peepee in the potty and not his pants, its the actual peeing in the toilet we need to work on.
Time for round two....I think!

Hi Daryl...One thing we found works with Liam is to put Cheerios (or another cereal) into the potty and have him aim at them. Even if he doesn't have to go, I can tell he tries because it's fun to "shoot" them! Good luck!!
